Terms
1. We
do not offer refunds.
2. The
Willow Berry is not responsible for any product misuse, wilting
or molding due to moisture, or other damages.
3. Your order will be filled in the order in which it was received.
We will let you know the approximate waiting time once your order
is received.
4. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items.
5. If the product you ordered is damaged you have three business days to
contact us. If you fail to contact us within that time period we are unable
to assist you. You must return the damaged goods in the original packaging
and you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
6. If you would like insurance or confirmation on your shipments, please
state that when you make your purchase and it will be added to your shipping
cost.
7. Prices on products, shipping charges, and terms are subject to change
without notice.
8. When ordering please provide us with the correct information, so that
we may contact you if we need to do so concerning your purchase. We will
not give out any of your information.
